R13.com was actually easy to browse. The pages loaded quickly, the filters kinda made it simple to narrow things down, and checkout was smooth with no issues. I found what I needed without having to click around forever. Overall, just a nice, easy site to use.

The stitching feels really strong, and the denim seems like it’ll hold up well over time. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’m happy with the quality.

I grabbed a tee and the fabric is the first thing I noticed, it’s super soft but not that flimsy thin kind, more like already broken in right out of the bag
Washed it once and it still feels the same, no scratchy weirdness or anything. It’s definitely not cheap, but the material feels good enough that I’m not mad about it

I did get my refund in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but it took longer than I personally think it should. I’m a bit impatient with returns, so maybe that’s just me, but the process felt kind of slow.

Trying to do an exchange ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The whole process was confusing, and when I reached out for help, support barely got back to me. I expected better communication at the very least, and an apology for how long everything took.

One of my orders showed up maybe a day or so later than I expected, but the tracking updates were decent enough that I wasn’t totally in the dark.

Well... I’ve got to say, these jeans do feel really well made. The fabric is nice and they seem like they’ll hold up well. The fit was close for me, though they felt a little stiff at first. I’m giving them 4 stars because the quality is definitely there, but the price feels a bit high.

I ordered from r13.com assuming it would ship in a few days, because apparently I enjoy being optimistic for no reason.
The tracking barely updated, so I got to play the fun little game of checking it myself constantly. Customer service did respond, but the answers were vague and didn’t really clear much up.

The item was fine once it finally showed up, so there’s that. But the whole slow shipping situation made the experience way more annoying than it needed to be, and I’m not sure I’d order again unless I had absolutely no timeline whatsoever

i was disappointed when my order from r13.com arrived. The box was ripped, the tape was halfway open, and the item was just sitting in there with barely any protection. For what they charge, I expected way better packaging. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

Support was helpful overall. It took a bit longer than I expected, but they got back to me and helped me out quickly once things got moving.

I ordered a pair of jeans from R13, and the color looked darker online, or actually, maybe it just looked richer in the photos. They’re still really nice, just not exactly what I thought I was getting

I’m giving 4 stars mainly because I wish the sizing notes had been a bit clearer before ordering. Still, I’m happy with the jeans overall and would probably order from them again
